- MTN PRO ZINC 99%

This product, despite being commonly called a zinc spray primer, is also valid as a topcoat.

Formulated with a very high concentration of metal (zinc), in addition to providing cathodic protection, the highest level of corrosion protection, it preserves metal properties, such as weldability and conductivity. It is commonly used as an anticorrosive paint for structural steel, railway equipment, welding joints, tanks, vehicles and many others.

- MTN PRO ANTICORROSIVE PAINT 

This spray contains anticorrosive enamel paint, a finishing product that offers protection against corrosion on all kinds of ferrous items. Moreover, acrylic enamel paint can be applied directly on these materials’ rust, hence reducing the sanding work, although it is recommended to remove the large rusty parts. Thanks to this anticorrosive spray paint, there is no need to use anti-rust primers on complex painted or large metal items, where eliminating a step in the touch-up process saves considerable time and money. 

This paint is available in black, white, and green, which are colors that are widely used in industrial environments. 

- MTN PRO GALVANIZED ZINC PAINT 

Galvanized zinc paint offers corrosion protection in environments that are prone to rust, such as marine or industrial areas. It is used to touch up flaws in galvanized metal parts. It is for this use that its three finishing options reproduce the appearance of this type of metal. 

 - MTN PRO FORGING EFFECT PAINT 

Forge effect paint does not offer corrosion protection beyond insulating the physical appearance from air oxidation. However, it is a paint designed to touch up or give the characteristic wrought iron effect to metals and materials of all kinds. 

- MTN PRO STAINLESS STEEL PAINT 

In the same way as the forging effect, it is also a paint whose main feature is its aesthetic finish, which reproduces the appearance of stainless steel. However, stainless steel paint also protects against oxidation, as it insulates the material from contact with air.

- MTN PRO PHOSPHATING PRIMER 

Wash primer is specially designed to help paint anchorage on hard-to-grip metal surfaces: polished and galvanized metals. In this type of item, it guarantees a durability of the paint we want which exceeds by far that encountered when using the anti-rust primer. As it is slightly less expensive than Zinc 99%, we will use it in those works where we prioritize paint anchorage over the strong cathodic protection of zinc.

- MTN PRO ANTIRUST PRIMER 

The anti rust primer spray is a primer designed to protect ferrous metals against oxidation. Despite its versatility, we must bear in mind that this primer will not give as reliable results on polished metals as the phosphating primer, whereas its corrosion protection is much less durable than that of Zinc 99%. For this reason, it is also more affordable and is widely accepted in domestic use.
