ReturnRODAMONTANA: AN EDUCATIONAL PROJECT BRINGING THE SALESFORCE CLOSER TO THE CUSTOMERS
Various workers join our salespeople to get to know their way of working, as well as the clients that distribute our products.
In 2019, the Human Resources department at Montana Colors launched an interesting initiative, in order to broaden the knowledge of the company’s way of operating, in addition to generating new alliances within the work environment and empathy among workers. This is the Rodamontana project, a proposal through which employees from different departments visit the brand’s customers, accompanied by a salesperson assigned to the point of sale in question.
The idea is based on the fact that Montana Colors workers, regardless of their assigned job position, can witness and understand the work carried out by our salespeople. This formula also offers the enriching experience of visiting and getting to know our clients personally. The next round will be held soon!
