ReturnMontana Colors launches a new online training program for its workers
Faced with the need to optimize the technical knowledge of our products by all of Montana Colors’ workers, we’ve developed an internal online training program. The objective is to provide an academic space where everyone can acquire all the information related to the products, communicate any doubts they may have, as well as add contributions and suggestions on the topics that are discussed in each training session.
Therefore, the initiative’s ultimate goal is to create an environment for learning and exchange. An environment where workers from the various departments have an active role, investing in a network work that allows for generating synergies and strengthening the internal communication channels in favor of continuously improving work methods, as well as the service offered to our clients.
The first training session was held on July 17 by Jordi Rubio, Founder of Montana Colors and Jordi Portella, Technical Director of Montana Colors. On this particular occasion, the training revolved around the processes of priming and varnishing, analyzing specific cases and providing concrete solutions with Montana Colors products.
The program, which includes one training session per month, will address issues such as the compatibility between different product ranges, the chemical nature of these products, or the correct application of spray paint to avoid errors, and how to solve them. In order to facilitate subsequent viewings the sessions will be recorded, allowing us to consult or view them at any time.
This initiative is incorporated into our plan of constantly improving our professional capital, articulated in a transversal way, across all the departments of Montana Colors, in order to promote the continuous progress of both the company and the professionals that comprise it.ShareJuly 20, 2020
