Return Introducing the new WEPRO 2K Fillers
We introduce WEPRO 2K Fillers, a new range of two-component polyester fillers comprising seven product references and twelve formats, ranging from 8.8 oz to 77.6 oz. The range covers the most common repair applications in body shops, industry, woodworking and professional maintenance (universal, fiberglass, wood, metal, stone & marble, body filler and lightweight filler), all developed under the same formulation criteria and sharing a common application procedure.
The range has been designed in response to a recurring demand from professional users: reducing variability in repair results. Most defects in filler repairs are not caused by the product itself, but by incorrect hardener dosing and application timing. WEPRO 2K addresses this issue with the 3 Simple Steps System, a consistent mixing and application method shared across all seven references, allowing users to obtain a uniform mixture and predictable working time without the need for scales or prior experience. The hardener is included in every package, and the mixing ratio is 100:2 across the entire range.

Working times are approximately five minutes of handling time after mixing at 20°C (68°F), between 20 and 25 minutes of drying time, and around 30 minutes before sanding, with full curing achieved in approximately two hours. This consistency allows professionals to plan their workflow regardless of which filler is being used and to carry out multiple repairs throughout the same working day.
In terms of formulation, six of the seven references are free from styrene, an increasingly relevant feature in enclosed work environments and occupational exposure management. The fiberglass, wood, and stone & marble fillers also include a BPO hardener. All products can be sanded using conventional methods and, once cured, can be painted over with any paint system. The wood filler can additionally be stained or varnished, while the stone & marble filler can be polished to achieve a uniform finish.

The range at a glance:
- Universal (grey). The all-round solution for repairing, filling and levelling steel, galvanized steel, cast iron and fiberglass surfaces. Available in 8.8 oz, 17.6 oz, 35.3 oz and 77.6 oz formats.
- Fiberglass (olive green). Reinforced with 3 mm fibers for rebuilding perforations and areas with material loss on vehicle bodies, boats, caravans and composite surfaces. Available in 8.8 oz and 35.3 oz formats.
- Body Filler (white). Fine micro-filler for correcting surface irregularities and imperfections before painting. Available in 8.8 oz and 35.3 oz formats.
- Wood (light oak). For rebuilding corners, edges, cracks and holes indoors and outdoors, with minimal shrinkage. Available in an 8.8 oz format.
- Metal (metallic grey). Contains fine aluminum powder to reinforce and repair damaged or corroded metal parts. Available in an 8.8 oz format.
- Stone & Marble (cream). For bonding, filling and repairing marble, natural stone and other mineral-based materials. Available in an 8.8 oz format.
- Ultra-Lightweight (white). Low-density filler for large-area filling and levelling jobs where minimum weight addition is required. Available in a 17.6 oz format.
The new range integrates seamlessly with the WEPRO preparation and finishing products already available in the catalog, including epoxy primer, grey and red anti-corrosion primers, grey filler primer and cleaning thinner. This allows distributors to offer a complete repair process under a single brand.
"We have been working for a long time to make repairing as easy as painting. WEPRO 2K Fillers were developed with this idea in mind: providing a fast solution for repairing different materials, giving them a second life, and preparing them so that every user can transform and improve their objects while leaving room to express their creativity with MTN."
